So, some on here are using the argument that McDaniel will be a bad hire because no one else interviewed him other than the Dolphins. Now it’s why would he want to come here and coach this team!?!? Well, it’s simple… it’s a head coach job in the NFL!! It’s 1 of 32 jobs and as mentioned before he hasn’t interviewed anywhere else. So, I would imagine if offered a chance to be a head coach and make a great deal of money would be pretty difficult to pass up when no other team is beating down his door to hire him.

This is a great opportunity for a coach with a ton of cap space and draft capital. If McDaniel turns down an offer based on a spurned coach’s accusations he’s dumber than we thought and we dodged a bullet.

It's been going a long time as far as tanking and tampering. It's a NFL norm and how many teams become successful in such a short time
