If he does, I think it will be because he and his wife just prefer the Midwest over South Florida. The Vikings are another mediocre team who are $15 million over the cap right now. So I don’t see them as the better of the two options, talent wise.
Of course if Rogers leaves the Packers, it will make winning the NFC Central division easier than winning the AFC East.
If he happier going to the Vikings, good luck to him and now the Dolphins can go about hiring their own next head coach.

I don’t think this lawsuit will impact the Dolphins hiring the head coach they want one bit. It has nothing to do with that head coach.
In fact it might even make more coaches interested in the job. Because according to Flores, you can get the money you sign for in your contract and an additional $100,000 for every game you lose. That sounds like a great deal to me.
