Jim Harbaugh related news and updates

I’ve been telling all of you this team is a ****ing train wreck all along! I’ve been telling you it’s nothing but dysfunction and y’all tell me to go flo!!! I told you Steven Ross is an idiot and his GM. What do I hear? Get out of here!
Since your name is go flo Why don’t you go. Lol I would say flo is definitely going all right. And if any of you think Jim Harbaugh is coming here you definitely need help. All of you that were against Brian Flores you’re finding out the truth now 100,000 to tank Per game. I told you he wasn’t the problem the problem
Still exists.
We get that you are a Flores fan. I just don’t think you are a Dolphin fan.

As far as finding out the truth is concerned. All Flores has done is claim certain things were done. He has proved absolutely nothing yet.

Flores has clearly proved he was part of the problem and needed to be fired but I also agree Ross is a problem. I just don’t know at this time if he is guilty of anything Flores said he is guilty of but that’s why we have a court system.

Obviously the idea of paying Flo to lose is dumb, so if an owner even uttered those words he’s a fool. But, the spirit of such an arrangement seems perfectly consistent with winning. We should have been trying to lose!!!

I guess I mean to say if Ross is guilty of anything in these allegations it’s being a moron. Or making a singularly dumb decision. But beyond that, seems like small potatoes as the Dolphins are involved. And the rest just traces back to the Rooney rule, which you could argue is fraught with flaws anyway.

It's not terrible. I lived in a similar climate living in Eastern Washington. You spend a lot of your time indoors whether you're in Minnesota or South Florida. Minnesota is also land of a thousand lakes. Lots of wilderness. Maybe not as populated outside of the major cities. Spring, Summer, and Fall are exceptional up there.
I am sure during spring, Summer, and a bit of fall, it's probably very beautiful, but Minnesota is one of the worst places to live during Winter, and one of the coldest places when it does get cold, with proof of how hard it was too watch a game in Minnesota when they had an open stadium...So horrible, they had to build a closed dome stadium.

Though during winter people do stay in, you still need to go out, to get supplies, maybe go to a show, movie, Restaurant, and in Minnesota that is horrible to do.

A friend from High School used to live down there, he was a life long Vikings fan, and got to move down there to be closer to his favorite team (Him and his wife had not had kids yet)...He is back here in NJ (Not exactly a warm climate state to say the least), because he could not handle that weather after about 5 years.

Yeah I’m a Dolphins fan and I don’t see any hope for our future. And if the owner is Bribing the coach to purposely lose games I would say the coach was not a problem at all.

Brian Flores Probably acted in a manner that went against his morals and what he believed in and the integrity of the game of football. He obviously wasn’t happy and was making it known. And he still won a **** load of football games through all of this.

And then the man gets an interview for a job that’s already Been taken by Brian Dabol just to satisfy the Rooney rule. I’m going to lean towards Steven Ross is guilty and Chris Grier is a slimy piece of crap.

And I still don’t see a future with Tua at QB. I will give Tua the benefit of the doubt though. He should get the hell up out of that team and find a better situation for himself.

And this is what is meant when it's said that Ross is out of his element in the NFL. These might be things that you do in the league, but there is a way it's done and a way it's not done. Huizenga threw money around like it was no one's business. He would hound people (Saban, Parcells, anybody who might could win in Miami) until they almost had no better opportunity but to take this damn job Huizenga had for them, and we all know there is no telling what else or what all Wayne Huizenga was paying people to do, but the a-one-number-one thing about it is you never heard about it if it wasn't completely in alignment with the rules. Huizenga didn't leave a trail of pissed off past employees. As a matter of fact, I'm positive that if he parted ways with anybody, they left with a pillow case full of cash to sleep on that night.

That's just not the case with Stephen Ross. He seems to be making a lot of people angry. lol He's not giving enough pillow cases full of cash. Nah, you don't offer to pay coach for losses. Instead, what you do is offer him bonuses for number of backups and scrubs getting snaps on game day. Or something. 😆 You make it about building up the backups by getting them play time rather than about losses.

THEN LEAVE.

If it's true that Brian Flores was bribed then why did not speak out about it right away? He waits until he was fired to do it. Ya I'm not believing that egomaniac.

Yeah, I know that to be true. Minnesota is even colder than Eastern Washington (as if -20 F wasn't bad enough, it does it more in Minnesota and even colder). One of the last straws for me was the freezing weather hanging on into April, May, and June -- it seems to be doing it even a bit more now than it used to. I prefer to be wearing shorts in May rather than watching frost build up on my boat as I'm racing across the lake!

This is kind of a lame what-aboutism. It's like saying "if she was really being sexually harassed, why did she wait until they fired her to bring it up publicly?" Let's get something straight here that Brian Flores was Stephen Ross's subordinate. Questioning why a subordinate would wait to speak up is placing the blame on the victim and taking the focus away from the accused. In the power structure of the NFL, it's understandable why a still-aspiring head coach would stay quiet until his hopes appear dashed. Obviously, BB's texts about the Giants were a final straw.

Still not buying the story. Until there is actual proof I'm not trusting Flores.

If you want him to sell the team, give him an offer he can’t refuse. I love how so many people are demanding that Ross sell the team but they don’t mention that the organization is valued at over $3 billion dollars and there are only a very small number of people who can afford to purchase a football team.

The fact is that there are even fewer billionaires who can afford to purchase the team who actually want to own a football team.

So for all of you who are demanding Ross sell the team. You need to line up the financial resources to purchase the team from him if you don’t like the fact he owns the team. Call all your billionaire friends and see If they are willing to help you purchase the team from Ross.

If you don’t have billionaire friends or you aren’t a billionaire, calling for Ross to sell the team is useless.
He will decide when or if he wants to sell the team and the fact some fans demand he sell the team isn’t going to change that fact.
It may not end up being his choice.

Most people don’t realize that it’s a felony to bribe someone in regards to pro sports. Of course it hasn’t been proven yet, but Ross is not only incompetent, but it seems a criminal.

Actual proof of what? That the Giants knew they were hiring Daboll before they interviewed Flores? Proof that Stephen Ross was offering him $100K bonuses to lose games or that Ross tried to set up an incidental meet up between Brady and his head coach?

All that will come out in the wash, as they say. It's up to lawyers and arbitrators. We don't need or require proof, as fans, of any of this. It's kind of a foregone conclusion that NFL owners will do this and that Stephen Ross is a buffoon for not doing it in a way that keeps him from looking like an absolute clown.

No, there's no need of any evidence. Flores has his complaint. Other black coaches will probably join him. The NFL will end up passing some new rules in an effort to work with the malcontents to remedy an obvious uncomfortable situation (interviewing with teams forced to interview someone like you when they've already made up their minds) -- that crap about Elway and team showing up an hour late and hung over is the kind of bullshit no one should be forced to sit through, and yet if you ever want to achieve your dreams you've got to go along with the bullshit... that's bullshit. So the NFL will probably end up setting aside some millions of dollars to help aspiring POC get on the path to becoming coaches in the NFL and similar and call it a day.

Yeah, I don't think there are lots of racists in the NFL. If you're a winning coach, no one cares about your skin color. But they do care about your network of connections and how likely you are to succeed as a head coach, so...

Ya there will be a need for evidence as far as the NFL forcing Steven Ross to sell the team and losing draft picks. WIthout hardcore evidence they really can't punish the team.

Ummm. We are in a world of hurt. Can't believe that Flores would commit professional suicide unless these claims have merit. If they do, the league may force Ross to sell, take away draft picks and make the franchise suffer the public humiliation that comes with all that. This is bad stuff guys and gals...buckle up. They might eventually have a new name for league protocols put into effect for this in the future - The Ross Rule.
