I personally think Stephen Ross's ass is grass. That clock is just ticking down now. He's not getting out of this without taking the brunt. He's just a side topic until the racism stuff settles.

Flores isn't the first person to go through a sham interview. It happens every day but obviously Flo is the most important person this has ever happened to, I guess because he feels he was more qualified than Daboll? Anyway, If the court decides that private businesses can't hire whoever they want then I think they will have come to the wrong decision.

There was no indication that we even had interest. This board went nuts over a fan-blogger who tweeted that Miami was getting Harbaugh, with no other supporting reports. All articles that were posted about it all trace back to that one baseless tweet

Well he didn’t say anything because he was currently employed as the head coach of the Dolphins probably didn’t want to lose his job. If you watch his interview he didn’t even want to come forth with any of this so he’s basically committing career suicide by even doing this.

Nobody put a gun to his head and said you have to come out with this. That’s on him. If he gets blackballed from the NFL for doing this then he only has himself to blame.

Possibly, but perception matters. It's the reason the NFL has instant replay, but doesn't make wholesale changes with officials.

It appeases fans, without really fixing the system. My opinion anyway.

It's not a given we will ever see any evidence depending on whether the NFL decides to settle it outside of court. In that case, people who don't want to believe Flores will continue to say there's no real evidence and that the whole thing was made up. In fact, that is already the angle many people are running with: Flores has no evidence and hopes the NFL will just capitulate via settlement. That is why I say we, the fans, don't really need evidence. We will know based on the outcomes whether Flores' claims held any water. If the NFL chooses to settle, then yes I will assume that Flores's claims held merit.

So he’s being held hostage by this law firm?

I’m saying he obviously didn’t want to come forth with any of this or he would have earlier. Basically, it looks like he was coaching the dolphins and all this was happening and he just kept dealing with it.

Don’t know if he was throwing games, But they did only win 5 games in 19. I guess the fact he kept his mouth shut for two years makes it look bad on his part.

The bottom line is, he is no longer the coach it looks like Ross won’t be the owner much longer either. i’m not defending Brian Flores but it looks like he was caught in the middle to me.

He got fired from the dolphins and didn’t say anything but I think the Belichick text messages and the sham interviews Pushed him over the edge. And that’s why it’s all coming out now.
