Although, I can't keep up the good fight against so many of you. I thought I would feel happier if Ross was deposed of ownership, but seeing so many Fins fans want to defend him is starting to drag me down a bit. I don't want to keep arguing with everyone. We all love the Dolphins and just want them to win. And I can see that Ross must have a side that really wants this team to win as evidence is beginning to show, unfortunately it will be the evidence that instigates a federal probe and probably brings league-wide pressure for him to sell the team...

Because this is a lawsuit you have to pay very close attention to the words used. Flores says he was "offered 100k" he doesn't say "paid 100k"....so this implies that he turned it down. There is no way the lawyers would have set him up like that anyway. Therefore...there is no objective/hard evidence.

The only thing he has is a witness who "heard the offer." But the defense lawyers will **** on this.

For example: If you change just 1 word in a statement the meaning can COMPLETELY change. How can this individual be so sure that he heard PRECISELY what they're claiming? Maybe he misheard? Was he 2 feet away from them or 10-20 feet? This matters. And don't forget that its been 3 WHOLE YEARS...did this person run home and write it down verbatim with the time/date on a piece of paper? If not...can anyone expect his memory to be PRECISE over such a time period?

This will not hold up in court to support their case. They need something "hard," (e.g. on paper or by audio recording)...and I sincerely doubt they have either.

So Ross and Grier are in the clear.

That's a solid question. Maybe those messages from Grier aren't as damning as the ones from BB. It's easy for context to be missing in txts, so I can imagine it's an intricate web they're going to try to piece together. Could be they never manage to convey that context, in which case they will lack the evidence.

I'm no longer sure how strongly I want Ross gone. I just wish the guy would get right for once. I really miss making Dolphins football a part of my weekly routine but refuse to pay to watch this product....

Sorry, even the offer of the payment is damning...the real question is whether Flores has something in writing or text - if it's entirely verbal Ross's lawyers should be able to get around it. Text messages would be damning tho

Ross is making our team a laughing stock and more of an embarrassment in the eyes of anybody that doesn't support our team. That's quite an accomplishment with the track record of the team under his ownership. Either way the truth needs to come out ASAP for the fans. This is beyond car crash.
