Because this is a lawsuit you have to pay very close attention to the words used. Flores says he was "offered 100k" he doesn't say "paid 100k"....so this implies that he turned it down. There is no way the lawyers would have set him up like that anyway. Therefore...there is no objective/hard evidence.

The only thing he has is a witness who "heard the offer." But the defense lawyers will **** on this.

For example: If you change just 1 word in a statement the meaning can COMPLETELY change. How can this individual be so sure that he heard PRECISELY what they're claiming? Maybe he misheard? Was he 2 feet away from them or 10-20 feet? This matters. And don't forget that its been 3 WHOLE YEARS...did this person run home and write it down verbatim with the time/date on a piece of paper? If not...can anyone expect his memory to be PRECISE over such a time period?

This will not hold up in court to support their case. They need something "hard," (e.g. on paper or by audio recording)...and I sincerely doubt they have either.

So Ross and Grier are in the clear.

This suit will be facing a strong motion to dismiss. They probably should not hold anything back. Then again, they didn’t cite Plessy v. Ferguson correctly, so their legal acumen might be in question.

Nor did they understand Plessy v. Ferguson was overturned by Brown v. the Board of Education.

At this point it would be better if Ross escaped unscathed by the law or from pressures by the league. At the very least, if Ross is going to sell it would be better if we had all of our draft selections and cap space. I don't want to see the Dolphins punished because that will only set us up for more failure down the road.

The only “evidence” that has been presented is against the Giants, and yet here you are trolling yet again. If this all turns out to be BS… I am going to thrilled the Dolphins are in the clear, but at this point I will be more thrilled that you will look like a complete clown with all your posts about how the dolphins are guilty without seeing a shred of evidence.

We all wish he would sell but would hope for better conditions than what's happening now

At no point have I said Ross is guilt. I have actually said multiple time if proven true. Alleged etc etc.

And also even called them allegations.
