i heard his name mentioned as possible candidate for our coach. im personally against it never really thought he was a great coach. what do u guys think?:dolphins: :dolphins:

i watched him kiss vicks butt to many times,he wants to be accepted by his guys,to much playin around for me,i don't want my coach to be one of the guys.
 
I dunno how he would be as a coach....but he seems like the players really like him, but who knows how he would do........

Hey, what about Cowher if he leaves the Steelers???
 
Count me in as someone who would definitely consider him. I have family in Atlanta, and he was well liked. He is a players coach, and I think he was wrongly criticized for the Falcons' failures. He just has a great personality and seems like the kind of guy that players love playing for.

What's he going to do? NOT kiss Vick's butt? Vick was the chosen savior of that franchise before Mora ever got there. He was not given the opportunity to do anything but accept that and try to win with what he had, and he was given two years to do that. Imagine if we had fired Saban instead of him leaving. That's what happened to Mora.
 
NO mora. Hes a retread, retread=bad!! Secondly, for a players coach, he didnt hesitate to toss his team under the bus when things went south. Third, he just strikes me as being immature. And fourth, he wants the Washington job. If it opens up hes gone just like Saban.

I want a guy who COMMITS to the Phins totally, not just takes the job as something to do while waiting for something else.
 
While I don't like JMJ as a candidate (his UW comments should be a red flag) and I don't want another retread, not all retreads are bad, are they? Bellichek is a retread no? And Marty Schottenheimer might go all the way (might, Martyball, hopefully, may rear its pretty head again).

Good thing the hot items are up and coming OC's now.
 
I think he may be a decent coach, but having that jack off taking the snaps in Atlanta is what killed him. If Blank hadn't paid Vick so much money and made him the immovable object on that team, Mora would probably still be there coaching. But, his dad was right, Vick is a coach killer. He still makes mistakes that rookies make. It's sad. I've never seen someone so overrated.
