Jim Tressel Hates on Jake Long

He says that while watching the Gholston higlights during the combine, he was surprised not to see all the clips where Vernon "carried Jake Long into the quarterback's lap."

He figures they weren't shown simply because they didn't end in a sack.

Jake was getting knocked back in the youtube someone put on here today by Minnesota. They have no talent on defense what so ever yet Jake was being pushed in the back feild on almost every pass. I don't trust Tressell either though. He sucks.

Finfan53, you can youtube that. 've seen it, and Jake got owned the first play they show, but he did good the rest of the video. I cant post the video because I'm on the computer at work and its s l o wwwww

obviously a top DE vs a top LT, the DE is gonna get some pressure here and there..But the majority of the match up's Long was the victor no doubt and more than took care of gholston. I mean what did gholston get 1 sack? and a couple pressures? During a 60 minute game of football... Ill still take it

And as for Long vs Harvey, I believe the first play Harvey knocked jake over.... but then was DOMINATED the rest of the game... maybe he made jake angry.
