Jimmy Johnson for GM and let him pick his coach. Nobody can draft like Jimmy. He was building this team when his mother died and was forced to miss the funeral which made him quit.

No thanks. He ran and hid after Jacksonville took him behind the shed in the playoffs and then dumped Wanny on us. Brining him back starts the cycle all over again.

over rated hack ??? 2 time superbowl winner that could have won more but had a owner wanted all the credit. I never seen one guy draft some many pro bowlers between dallas and miami. You are a moron if you think otherwise.

Not as the coach as GM can't you read ???

Jimmy doesn't want to work anymore, folks. He hasn't wanted to work in OVER TEN YEARS. What makes you think he wants to jump back in now?

not when you cant complete a single sentence.

JJ got lucky building Dallas ny trading 1 guy. After that he couldn't do much i Miami. And he also was guy who pretty much handcuffed Marino by cutting audibles. And trying to bring a running game when we hadnt established one. And then to turn his job over to his friend Wanny who brought us down further. No thanks!

Pork face Satan is the start of the Miami Dolphins downfall....and you want him back...go look at his drafts with Miami.
God,some of you people....Nick Saban didn't do a 1/4 of damage to the Dolphins as JJ.
Had Shula run off, handcuffed Dan,bolted and forced Wanny on us.
Really????

In a few drafts, Johnson stocked Miami with Daryl Gardener, Zach Thomas, Jason Taylor, Sam Madison, Patrick Surtain, Derrick Rodgers, and Lorenzo Bromell. He didn't fare as well on offense. Yatil Green was injured. John Avery had speed but bombed. Rob Konrad was ok.

But if Jimmie had the will to stay, I'd argue that he would have figured out getting offensive talent. He did it in Dallas so it's not like he couldn't identify talent. An alternate universe where Jimmie stayed as GM would have been much better than what we lived through.

In a salary cap era of football..Jimmy failed...Daryl Gardner was a no-brainer,JT and Zach were just lucky picks, the only picks that was great are Madison and Surtain.

He also so had some stinkers in Dallas...He just had SO MANY high picks.it was hard to miss.

No. We don't need someone that will need to get up to speed on college players. We need someone that already involved in draft assessment.
