OK...wait may be not to the HC job...but how about old Jimmy to get the rigth poeple to to the job...I mean he gt us JT and ZT... as far i can remember. Have you seen his track record with the Dolphins?? NO THANK YOU !! He's a quitter!!!!!! Yatel Green THIS!!! John Avery THAT!!! JJ Johnson This!! Larry "Better than Randy Moss" Shannon!!! Give me a real Coach and GM!! Randy Mueller is fine!!
 
Yes, and with his draft picks in the first 4 rounds, he also got us Dorian Brew, Kirk Pointer, Brad Jackson, Ronnie Ward, Jerome Daniels, LaCurtis Jones, Yatil Green, Brent Smith, John Avery, JJ Johnson, and Larry Shannon. He missed on picks way more than he hit. Granted, his few hits were home runs. But, he wasted so many high picks that his poor drafting is a huge part of why we've not been to the playoffs in so long.
 
He has lost all credibility for me since he's been hanging out with Howie Long and Terry Bradshaw.. we'd end up with Frank Caliendo as our HC

:lol: That would be funny. Caliendo could be Madden one game and then Tony D'mato (Pacino) from Any Given Sunday the next game.
 
Here's an idea; I think Wayne should use Don Shula, Marino, & Csonka as an Executive Search committee... or at least to advise.
 
The only thing that bothered me with JJ is his desire to get RB after RB. I think he can coach he has won a couple of SB and College FB championship. With this team I think he could make us a winner now that we finally got a franchise RB. But I dont want him as our coach just for the simple fact he will give up after the first year so he can drink Margaritas on his yacht. Plus I dont think he wants to coach anymore.

I think WH could bring him in with Marino and Shula to help find a HC or players this offseason.

JJ decided to cut the Dolphins offensive playbook in half and handcuff Dan Marino when he came on board as head coach. Keep JJ away from this team!! He ruined the few Marino years we fans had remaining. In fact, he cut Marino's career short. Thanks for nothing, JJ!!

He wasn't that bad with the dolphins. He built a defense the major pieces of which basically lasted 10 years. A shame about Wandstache, but Jimmy had a winning record and if he'd:

1. Realized Dan was washed up so addressed the QB position accordingly

and

2. Hadn't quit so soon, he would've probably been more fondly remembered. in the past 16 years he was by far the best gm we've had, from the salary cap era til now. Although I'm sure many of you don't want to hear that...
