I'm glad for him. Just hope he can stay healthy to keep shoving it in the doubters face. He is easily one of my favorite players on the team.

“It’s a very big deal,” Grant said. “It just shows that the hard work has paid off, all the criticism and everything that went with it. Just from people saying, oh, I can’t make it to the league, you’re not going to be able to make the roster, this and that, and then just going out each and every day with that on my shoulders and just playing and just going out there and saying, screw what they say, I’m going to go out there and make the best of my moments.

It just shows this leadership has plans to utilize his skills... which means Albert Wilson will be used as well.

sure hope it pays off for all parties concerned.

I'm excited for Jakeem to have a larger role in this offense. If we can get him the ball in space--which this offense does very well--he has the best start-stop quickness and acceleration in the league. If we utilize him right, he's going to break off a lot of chunk plays for us.

Grant will be the biggest "suprize on the finz this year. Gase didnt want him and never gave him many opportunity's, just stuck him on return duties (where he was never supposed to be) instead of forgetting his height and using him where he had the real talent, where he was very productive in college, as a WR, on the edge.

Gase just could never get out of his own way. The biggest thing that is going to improve the finz this year is gase and his crew of stiffs being gone. A very small, vindictive and petty little man.
