I went to Towson Universty and I have seen this guy played 4 times while I have been in school. He is a great talent. If he is available at our spot in the 3rd round, what do you think about taking him?

I've been reading the combine footage and this guy has been wowing them there. Combine that with all he high praise he got during workouts for the Senior Bowl and there's no way he drops to the 3rd round. He might make it to our first pick in the 2nd round. As I'm not a Beck fan if Flacco is there at 32 I'd take him in a heartbeat. Big, strong, accurate, smart and humble. At least that's what the news coverage makes of him. I think Beck will be ready to be a starting qb much sooner but I think Flacco has such upside to him that we can easily groom him to be the qb of the future. About the time that Beck's rookie contract expires Flacco would be ready to take over as a QB. If all goes well of course. :)

I agree. If he is available at 32 we should grab him. I have seen him play 4 or 5 times and have been impressed with his poise and ability. I really like his size at 6'6" and 230lbs and his 8.18 YPA shows he can get the ball downfield. I only hope he hasn't pushed himself too far up into the 1st round and we miss out!
