Just watched his post-practice interview. He looked nervous at times but he did seem laid back, like a young cool kid who loves playing football. How old is he? He looks like a young guy. Nick did a great job in getting him he is a keeper.
 
although i would love to think he has the ability to be any more than a decent back-up, i really think he is a bust. A heath shuler, andre ware, tim couch type of bust that never had any business at the professional level.

Harrington is better than all three of those guys. Shuler and Ware were insane busts - Harrington is Marino compared to them. Couch was a smaller bust, and he probably could have done better later in his career if he didn't have that arm trouble.

Remember that Harringtonw as stuck in Detroit! Steve Young was horrible too, when he played for the Bucs. Suddenly, he learned how to play under the old San Fran coaching, and watching Montana play.

Not saying Harrington is headed for the HOF like Young, all I am saying is his best days are ahead of IMO. We could do much worse for a B/U!

dunno why all the hate for harrington...he wasnt playing D when they couldnt hold a lead...he wasnt getting injured all the time...he wasnt dropping passes...he wasnt letting defenders right through the line.....but yea, he sucks :rolleyes:
 
i know joey has looked horrible so far in TC but im not giving up hope on the guy i mean he obviously wants to win and i in no way doubt his heart and where his head at but there are things he deff needs to work on but guys its still early and we havnt even played our first preseason game so lets wait and see how he does
