Joe Philbin and his consistency..

If Joe wants to be a HC he needs to know when to go for those 4-1 kid of situations. He should of gone all out today, but look at his record (as you elude to), Joe just doesn't have it in him.
My problem with Philbin has never been lack of aggression. At heart he is an aggressive coach. That's why he has always passed immensely more than he runs. His problem is that he chooses to be aggressive at the wrong time and is conservative when it would make sense to be aggressive.

Joe does 1 thing very well. Consistently gets out coached on a weekly basis.
How unprepared and clueless they were on that fake punt. Philbin has zero awareness during game situations.
All Philbin is....Is a game planner. He is like a football version of a office manager, with no ability to do anything during the course of a game. No wonder he spent all those years as McCarthy's secretary.
