Good win, no doubt guys. But Leadership should lead from the front. Last years leadership panel of Long, Dansby and bush were all ran out. That is what is is. Those players in Miami were not worth there pay. I have to say though, Joe Philbin always looks like he got in the backseat of the car and thinks someone stole the steering wheel. He doesnt show any sort of look of confidence. That resonates down the team. it is clear to see that. I seriously think Joe is on a short leash or maybe was once on a short bus.

was never sold on philbin. not only lack of leadership, but too many boneheaded decisions and bad clock management. i dont see this coaching staff as the long term answer.

I am tired of the on the job training head coaches. He is light years ahead of Sparano, but he has a long...long...way to go.
Mediocre GM, mediocre HC, ...mediocre results.

You ever look at Shannahan or Coughlin or a handful of other successful coaches? They all have that look on their faces. These guys don't have to look like Gruden on the sideline to be good head coaches. If he were overwhelmed this team would have laid down tonight but they stood up for him and played their asses off and that says a lot about Philbin and what they think of him.

He should there is a ton of cash running around on that field with his future in their hands.

Just because he's calculated, doesn't make him a bad leader, do you think Dwight D. Eisenhower was all screaming and impulsive? No, he was one of the greatest generals ever and what made him successful was his calculated nature. I'm a history nut, don't judge, but you all get my point.

History is full of very successful generals like that.

And I agree.

Philbin's whelm looked perfect to me. Actually, he looked a little angry and I liked it. I also like my coach to argue with refs over BS calls, Sparano used to just make motions along with the fans and I don't think he ever said a word to the refs in protest.
