I voted for above average but would not be shocked one bit if he ends up being the best coach we've had since Shula. The guy just gets football. He's motivated as hell and he knows what he's doing. Sit tight.

We're a month into fa, haven't had a draft yet and have a HC who's organizing his first campaign as such...what a dumb poll...how do we know what he can do right now ??? We can't even say he's better than Tony Sparano at this point...sheesh...

He reminds me of an old boss I once had who had a huge influence in my professional life. Kind of like your favorite teachers from school which we all have. You always remember the ones that guided you made it fun and challenged you accordingly. I really think this is what we got with Philbin. He will work with each player individually, not make false promises to them, work to each player's strengths, hide each player's weaknesses, motivate them correctly, and gain the players trust and hopefully the fans. He will respect them and he will get great play and discipline in return. I think the last coach we had will type of persona was PLEASE DON'T KILL ME Shula...We are way overdo fellow fans; let's keep our fingers crossed but so far I'm real excited.
