He reminds me of an old boss I once had who had a huge influence in my professional life. Kind of like your favorite teachers from school which we all have. You always remember the ones that guided you made it fun and challenged you accordingly. I really think this is what we got with Philbin. He will work with each player individually, not make false promises to them, work to each player's strengths, hide each player's weaknesses, motivate them correctly, and gain the players trust and hopefully the fans. He will respect them and he will get great play and discipline in return. I think the last coach we had will type of persona was PLEASE DON'T KILL ME Shula...We are way overdo fellow fans; let's keep our fingers crossed but so far I'm real excited.
