Definitely a much more organized staff... looks like we might have organization and competence...first time in a long while

At the new up tempo theres no time for indecision. You have too know what and where you should do and be. Makes it more difficult for the defense too substitute and keeps them off balance. Just makes players more intense on the game they are in. Then you can slow for a break.

You can tell this organization is lightyears ahead of the last regime. That's for sure.

I'll say yes because he does have a set plan, but we'll have a better idea after the season and we see his plan on building off of success or lack there of. While I was a supporter of Tony, he was reactive in his decision making rather than proactive. Now you can't be rash in decision making I understand, but we didn't fire Bonomogo as ST coach until that unit cost us 2-3 games alone. We also didn't really adjust playcalling when it wasn't working (and in case of the defense, usually changed what had been working)

Yeah, I was a pretty solid Sporano supporter until the Bonomogo fiasco. I forgave many of his previous seemingly boneheaded game decisions and his game-time inflexibility, putting that all down to learning how to go from being a a fair head coach to a great one. I was willing to wait for him to develop. I hoped and hoped. But the Bonomogo thing was so far beyond the pale that he lost me right there and I began to wonder why we were waiting to get rid of his ass? Here's to hoping we never have to suffer such embarrassment as dolphin fans again.
