Joe Rose gets fired up

It's disappointing that Joe continues to give Omar a platform on his show.
 
If you're going to rip a guy for ripping guys over practice because you don't know whats being called then why talk about football at all this time of the year? Why are reporters even there watching?
 
9 times out of 10 when you tune into Joe Rose, he's not even talking about sports but instead talking about his co-host's depressing sex life.
 
But Moore is allowed to play crap in practice because he plays well in games. Ah Omar, consistency is not your strong point.

Omar seems to be following the Skip Bayliss approach to NFL reporting. He forms a quick opinion that may be controversial and then he refuses to move from it. Skip got ratings because some people want to see what ridiculous thing will he say next. Omar gets invited onto the Joe Rose show because he will say something ridiculous that will ignite Joe and listeners will come back for more.
The amusing thing is that Omar like Skip, really believes that he is an NFL expert
 
I look through Joe's interviews every day and listen to the good ones with people I like to hear from. I skip over Omar's and could give a rat's ass what he says. It's usually nonsense anyways :idk:
 
Why can't people just enjoy the ride?

Its one freaking preseason game...the first one...which is historically pretty meaningless.

Yet, Grant played very well...Caroo had 3 catches(and still people complain). Tunsil looks like a future stud.

Lets see how the next couple games go before we label Gase's 2016 Dolphins a failure...and write off the season.

I remember back in the day when preseason was largely considered meaningless...a team would lose every game and then come out smoking on opening weekend when the real bullets are fired.
 
How or why anyone takes Omar Kelly seriously at this point baffles me
 
You guys do understand that Joe Rose is an employee of the Miami Dolphins and gets paid to be fired up about the team? Back when Jeff Ireland got fired he said on his radio show that he was happy that Ireland was gone so he could now say what he really thought about the guy. Anything said by Joe Rose is nothing more than Dolphins management spin.
