Joey Harrington??(Does anybody have ESPN INSIDER)

I was on PHINFEVER and someone posted a false thread about the Dolphins signing Lavar Arrington. The person altered an article from Len Pasquarelli on ESPN Insider (on his "Tip Sheet Notes"), and had Miami signing LA. The person who put it up confessed it was not true, but said the article was about Joey Harrington. Does anybody have ESPN Insider and can you see what it says? It says the Dolphins have came up with a contract worth $32 million for 6 years. I would appreciate it if somebody could find out exactly what the article said. Thanks....
