Joey Porter is the latest to take a shot at Jeff Ireland (calls him untrustworthy)

Sorry Ireland apologist, face the facts high profile FA's are shunning our team because of Ireland.

Really Joey porter talking about trustworthy
Now that's funny stuff right there.

This is not Ireland Hating or Ireland Bashing. This is current NFL players and Former Fins confirming what other players are thinking and saying about Ireland.

They dont like him and most importantly dont trust him.

yea he's a douche..but you can't disagree with anything that was said there...Ireland's air of superiority, his aura of a supreme assclown is severely hurting the perception of the Miami Dolphins franchise, we are forced to overpay for FAs and we have issues carrying out a plan obviously...the problem starts with Ireland, the guy buying the groceries is handicapping the team...
Yeah, unfortunately I have to agree with everything said here and in NRA's post. With so many players and NFL personnel saying the same things It just seems to be far to much pointing to a complete dysfunction in our FO. Although I do see Ireland as a huge part of the problem I musy say that I lay just as much blame at Ross's feet as well. This is his orginization and he's either a part of the whole thing or at the very least he allows everything to continue on in the manner it has by simply looking the other way.

Porter is talking trash, but the proof is in the pudding. The only people that Ireland has been able to bring in are over the hill, never beens, and bums unless they were brought in via trade. In that case, the player had no choice. If Ireland stays, all of the players that were drafted by him will leave also as soon as they are free agents. This bum gotta go!!

What makes Ireland untrustworthy? Yes the Sparano-Harbaugh thing was stupid but what else?
Apparently he has a rep of saying one thing to an agent/player and then cold face doing another. Example" 2 Weeks ago Bells Agent (Rosenhaus) contacted Jeff and asked if he would be released. Jeff confirmed that it would not happen this offseason. Jeff them cut Bell without speaking to the agent.

Ireland cut him and he has bad words no surprise. All these guys talking like this shows about as much class as they claim Ireland has.

Warren Sapp agreed.

I would love to see nfl players asked about the Fins at every oportunity. Just like any company has a reputation to potential hires I worry that the Fins reputation is failing. Potential hires are meeting with Ireland instead of someone like Jimmy Johnson is a very real possibility as to why we are not landing people. Word got around about Ireland after the dez comment and I am betting that a lot of players would not like that sort of screw up. Now of course we can buy past this rep with assloads of cash but that doesn't seem to happen either.

You know how once one woman comes forward about being harassed, then all the others come out and say the same thing? Well, kind of the same concept. It's out there now and everyone is coming out to say or imply the same thing. This is either going to end badly or it's going to end...badly.

We as fans are pretty much f**ked.

Mike Lombardi mentioned something on NFLN this afternoon, about the Dolphin Organization not having a direction ... it is telling that a totally new coaching staff, can feel this kind of tension so soon after being hired!!! To be honest I believe it's starts at the top with Ross, who rubbed many NFL Types in his pursuit of Harbaugh while Sparano was still the coach!!! Too many players, coaches, executives and media types are all coming out of the woodwork talking about the Team as if they are a lowly organization!!! Even LaCanfora mentioned receiving tweets, from NFL Personnel People, after Flynn agreed with Seattle, saying Miami has no direction or plan!!! I'm stunned at how far the Dolphins have fallen, since Parcells took over ... Ireland while he has spotted his fair share of talent while with Dallas and Miami; has not done the job as GM, in Miami, due to his poor personnel skills ... He really needs lessons in that dept, and because of his lack of it; he has played a major part in this debacle ...

Really?

Now we're taking the opion of a guy who lost his spot to Cam Wake and openly defied coaches?

Come on now guys. JP was done and we all knew it.
