Thanks for creating bulletin board material for the Pats last week, then backing it up with your 0 sacks and 0 tackles. And the guy you criticized had another 300 yard game and came out on the winning side; whereas you were blocked like a little girl, which is what you have become, the entire day. Make way for #91, because with a fraction of the opportunities yesterday, he again came up with a sack, and nearly a 2nd one. Shut up, retire, and then shut up some more.

While I'd have to agree with you on most of your points, I would disagree that he is totally useless. He has been a leader for our defense from the start and he is one of those important pieces of last years puzzle that made the Dolphins believe they can win again.

He's obviously on the downside of his football career but if the front office believes in Joey I will too.

And Cam Wake is a pass rush specialist, not an all-around defender. Not to take away anything from his game play (from what I've seen over the past couple weeks, he's just relentless and freaky fast) but when your coaches put you in when they are 90% sure it's going to be a pass play, your job gets a whole lot easier.

I couldn't agree more. I get sick and tired of these big mouth buffoons like Porter who run their mouh and then don't do squat. Keep your gaping piehole shut and let your play do your talking on Sundays!!!

Why do you expect Joey to do anything now? He hasn't done anything since about 2/3rd point of last year. Personally, I think he is done.

I also believe Cameron has earned more playing time.

i think his situation is similar to the Pennington/Henne dilemma of early this season...

most people thought the smart move was to let Henne play, that Pennington's shortcomings were hurting our offense, but others felt Pennington deserved the benefit of the doubt from the previous season and him helping us turn it around... Porter is in that same category... he had one of the best seasons as a pass rusher in dolphins history last year... plus he, like pennington, is an important emotional leader for the team... its hard to just bench that... but i think slowly but surely wake will start getting more and more snaps and as he continues to produce the coaching staff will have to give him more time

It's not possible for Wake to have less than 0 tackles against the run....

The bulletin board material didn't lose the game for you guys. It's about execution, we popped off all week against NE and we beat them. Some of our guys talked leading into our games w/ you guys and we lost.

Porter does more than the #s show and his crazy attitude will help nay defense.

Tom Brady said the team fed off of everything Porter said. You would think out of all the teams that feed off of this stuff the Dolphins would understand. Excuse me... I mean, Porter would understand. He better not speak for the rest of the season.

i agree... im just speculating as to why Wake isn't getting more time than Porter

its just like us who were saying Pennington needs to be benched early in the season, but others didn't want to lose his "leadership"

leadership is well and good when that leader is producing, you cant have someone out there when they are not for any reason...
