Joey is going to come in for a sixth round pick in 2007. Nick is going to work him up and make him look great and trade him for a higher pick next year. Make other teams see that it was Detroit lions that sucked not Joey. You watch next year that sixth round pick will turn out to be a secound round.

Couldn't agree more.

One thing is for sure, NS is all about value to the Miami organization...no move are made without considering what it would mean for Miami a few years down the road. That's probably why Lavar still isn't wearing aqua & orange.

I could easily see Harrington starting a few games early, playing well, & getting move next year for a pick that is higher than a 6th rounder. This is a great move, IMO.

If he plays that good then you keep him for the second year so you can find another backup, who knows what lemon can do.

Well, at least that is the plan...Remember that Joey still has to shed the inconsistency blanket that has been following him. Besides, how can that happen if DC is back in game 3 ?? I feel much better about JH than Maddox, Collins, Martin, or any other ancient QB, but he still has to prove something here before we can imagine getting additional value for him...

If what I just read in the Miami Herald is true I couldn't DISAGREE more. They said we would allow HARRINGTON out of his contract after one year if he wanted to seek a starting job in 2007. If this is true there is no way we should be giving up a draft pick for him, plain and simple!!!!

How is he going to make him look great if you have the "great" Daunte Culpepper getting all the PT?
