john was a better choice than quinn! he has a better arm and is a better decision maker. to me quinn seems like it all has to be about him, and beck is about the team and just wants to win.
i heard an audio clip at miamidolphins.com where beck said that this is where he wanted to be. and that he has been is contact with cam adn the gm. and quinn didnt want to be any where else other than cleveland.
so in my opinion we got the best player, and i cant wait to see him in a phin uniform. this guys as great touch and accuracy. i think he will eventually lead us back to the playoffs and hopefully a championship

What unusual rationale. You sense these things about them eh? Ok. When you are a 26 yr old rookie the playoffs better come sooner than eventually.
 
Someone please put the stats of Brady vs good teams and you will see they were not good at all..Good Choice in Beck
 
I really dont know the reason why Miami passed on Quinn. Everytime I turn on the televison I hear the same thing. Russell has superstar potenial and Quinn will be a good QB in the league. So maybe the front office felt that they could get a QB in the second round like they did with Beck for one less money but maybe higher potenial. I dont know at this time I AM TRYING TO rationalize why Quinn was passed up, i guess a year from now we will know if it was a right decesion or not.

Now Cameron has tools on this fine board sugar coating his butchering of the draft. Cameron kept Mueller from selecting Quinn so that he could pander to the Ginn family by selecting thier boy. I hope the Ginn family has a QB that can suit up on Sunday.

Beck is going to be another second string journeyman. AJ Feely, Joey Harrington etc.
 
Quinn is just like Matt Lienart, Mr. wannabe Hollywood who thinks their so good and everybody needs them. Quinn didnt even want to attend the tryouts and camps cause he thought he was so important and everyone knew his name. I dont know what was funnier, seeing Quinns face after several passings or his girlfriends face when she saw the dollar size getting smaller. GO BECK !!!!!!
 
i was sick, after they called Ginns name, dam all my family and friends were calling me and freaking out, i thought he was the right pick?
mabe he wasent, i dont know, i sure hope cam knows what hes doing
i know he had a chance to work all of the QBs out at the NFL Combine
giveing all of the QBs tests working on lots of stuff they will see in the NFL

The only thing that makes me happy about not getting Quinn is he wanted to play for Cleveland...sure if he came here he would of played good imo but i think he will do better on Cleveland than he would ever do in miami because its his favorite team, home town and a team he wanted to play for. His face showed that when they picked Thomas instead of him. Im happy he got what he wanted
