In this week's ESPN Power Rankings:http://espn.go.com/nfl/powerrankings
Not that we needed that nerd to confirm something we already knew, but it's good to see something positive written about us in the Power Rankings.
Usually they trash us when we lose, and make some Wildcat joke when we win.

I dont really care what they say. They see things by stats only. He has a big game they are on his jock when we all knew he was a great young qb when he was passing for one hundred and change yards.

John C. - "Did you see what I see..., a star... a star... way up in the sky..., little lamb..." wait that is a Christmas carol..., of course..., 3 - 4th quarter comebacks doesn't say something.... John...?

wow...they have us ranked highest among the 6-6 teams

win big games and I guess they do show a little respect huh?

I'm shocked that anyone still watches or reads anything from ESPN when the NFL channel is available.

They get the best interviews, and the REAL inside news. They interview the head of referees and the commisioner on a weekly basis. You get the the issues directly from the source, not guesses from Mort, the Cryptkeeper and that kid that just got out of jr high...:d-day:

3 Fourth quarter comebacks in his first 9 starts...Look out Elway, Henne is coming for the record.

And in the two failed ones (Saints & Patriots), if you look at his throws, he was spot on for many of the throws but was let down by drops from the receivers.

CK, I'm sure you've covered this before, but what is your assessment of Henne at this point and your feelings on his development?

I think Henne has all the tools and is even likely to be a top 5 qb in two years. I also think the wildcat was shelved because neither he nor Ricky have any enthusiasm for it. As part of perhaps an unspoken exchange Henning kept his Pat White card. It now seems Henning is the one who went gaga & apechit over the pick & likely Parcells was leaning towards it also (so they persist in trying to justify it). I have no inside information, just my conjectures.

most of the season we've been either the top or the second place out of teams with our same win total. A couple times we've fallen, but we do get SOME respect I suppose.
