bell has to knock that ball down it was fourth down game would of been over instead he tries to reel it in
 
No he didn't, it was near perfect coverage, Johnson just made an unbelievable play. Sometimes the better man just wins, it's just the way it is.
 
How about Goodman needs to hit someone on that play instead of watching the two of them! I mean if he just hits them, then probably the ball hits the ground. Game over!!!

What? I promise you if bell got another chance at that play, it wouldnt have been complete. That had nothing to do with Johnson making an unbelievable play. It has everything to do with our secondary playing unbelievably bad. I'm tired of the opposing teams making unbelievable plays against the secondary. Knock the ball down!!!
 
I'm not sure. I think Andre Johnson is just an amazing receiver.
 
Yeh, it was an unbelievable catch. I didnt even curse out the defense at that time...I just kept saying "how did he catch that....HOW DID HE CATCH THAT?!?".
 
boldin and fitzgerald lit us up, yesterday was johnson's turn. other big talented recievers are gonna do the same the rest of the year.

I disagree. Bell could not have played that any better. Johnson made a good play on tight coverage
 
I have to agree...we can not handle the big receivers. The folks looking at our schedule and how we look for playoffs should just make a list of who the receivers are on each team...you pretty much decide who we will lose to just by that alone...if they have big receivers...we are in trouble.

But lets keep things in perspective...we BARELY lost...we should have won...we didn't exactly get killed...though it feels that way based on the passing yards put up on us...
 
Bell was in excellent position coverage wise. Johnson is a beast that literally caught the ball OVER Bell's helmet. It was an excellent catch on Johnson's part and the only bad thing I can say of Bell was that he didn't turn around quick enough to get a hand up.

And I agree with clevelandm13 that Goodman should have at least thrown his body into Johnson at the end of the play to try and jar the ball loose.
 
Don't worry. Our secondary will be revamped next year. We'll have to suffer until then, but it will be worth it. I doubt many guys remain from this group.

I hope we get a corner with our first pick.

cause we beat Randy Moss and Patriots, but lost to Coles, Cotchery and the Jets?
