I got charged 2x for VIP and am yet to hear back from Matt since 02/11 about getting reimbursed for the 2nd charge. I have emailed and sent him messages and its pretty annoying. Its only $19 but that's not how one should treat a customer.

I don't know, I paid the price and was disappointed. Only because I wanted to check out the VIP Ladies Lounge and no one would give me the correct password to get in and couldn't get any help or answer from the admin here. Only 20 bucks but still if you're gonna sell me something I expect some level of service and not be ignored. If I pay the money I expect the full package. The chat stuff is good though.

I sent the site a message a few days ago over concerns with my VIP and got no response. Maybe you could hook me up there.

I am sorry to hear the problems both of you experienced in getting responses. Next time send me a PM as I always try to respond to questions like this ASAP. My VIP was auto-renewed via paypal a few days ago. Is that supposed to happen? It's not a big deal as I had the funds available, but If I didn't I'd be royally pissed. That aside, I can't access anything in VIP. It's saying nothing's been posted in there for 365 days, and I'm still seeing ads. Help?

How is moving the site to a new server a threat? The site will still run correct? Also, why is this the first we have heard about wanting donations? Regardless of who owns the site that donation bar went away, I figure we met that goal.

Bro just my guess is the costs are extremely huge and only a small amount of the members here contribute to the site to help keep the doors open.

Looks like Matt (Sportsheaven LLC) sold it to a Henrik (Webtractive) fairly recently...That's answers that question.
