Jon Martin - "I will kill your entire family"

So why is Incognito not joining the team? I mean its clear right now that he hasn't done anything wrong at this point...

FOX basically stated it, it wasn't Incognito that forced Martin to break down, it was losing his job and facing the prospects of getting kicked out of the rotation permanently. The pressure of it all got to him and this whole story is a byproduct of him trying to recover from the breakdown.

Uhm. Because I'm pretty sure Richie has been on his last strike for a while now. That's why.

Rex should have been fired for the sexual harassment of that Mexican reporter and/or for the Nolan Carroll tripping incident - since he stood 5 ft away from that tight cordon of ass coaches - either for lack of oversight or for enabling it. And shouldn't Tannenbaum and whomever tried to pimp Jen Sterger for a married Favre and his lewd texts and dickpics also have been fired on the spot?

are you seriously going to try and compare some guys whistling and hooting at a reporter to a guy actually physically molesting a girl? your jets hatred is clouding your judgement. ines sainz was a woman who dressed provocatively and went around rubbing players arms and winking and flirting with them. incognito rubbed his crotch on a girl and rubbed her vagina with a golf club........then dumped water on her. a bit different situation

OUTSTANDING job by FOX and their entire cast, especially Glazer.

First sports show I have seen getting REAL about all of this. Each and every one of them had something insightful to say that looked at this situation objectively.

Great job by Strahan ADMITTING that this is how people talk to each other in the locker room.

Its a damn shame sweeping changes will be forced on these grown men thanks to Jon Martin's lack of mental toughness. Jon Martin simply couldnt handle the pressure of not doing his job well. This is just a terrible situation that makes our team look bad. I surely hope Goodell dosent punish us for what goes on in every locker room in the league.

Shame on these other shows with clowns who act morally superior and flat out LIE about how the locker room is. Bill Cowher can eat ****. Shannon Sharpe is a POS. All of the ESPN guys can get stabbed by Ray Lewis. I loathe that network.

Ireland is a joke for bringing in Incognito and Martin. 2 clowns that deserve each other.

Lastly, once again I blame this ultimately on Parcells. He is the moron that brought in losers like Ireland to run our team. This is worse than when JJ dropped Wannstedt on us.

It is by no means over, from either side. There are still a couple of explosive twists yet to come. Of all the silly things anyone can say about this... it's "over" is right there at the top.

I don't see a way he can prove he was being "bullied" if he was culpable of saying equally as explosive things to Incognito, and if noone was singling out Martin exclusively for abuse. It seems like the stuff that was happeneing to Martin, was happening to everyone. He has a tough road to hoe to prove he was the only guy being picked on.

Jonathin Martin said that????????? The same guy that quit the team because he was too soft? WHAT THE ****?????? WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWWOWOOW

I am blown away that there is open discussion and not a smearfest.

BTW, you wonder if ESPN cracks Incognito's side because they did not get **** from his side.

Tone has certainly changed in the last week but wait until espn gets at it again.

The player/analysts are starting their back peddle. Irvin acts like he never had an extra house for parties and whores...it must have been another Irvin.

Mummy and Daddy miscalculated their soft little boy.

Hilariously, it looks like Richie Incognito is not quite the complete moron I thought he was, if he saved all of this stuff.

He never stabbed a teammate in the neck for not getting out of a barber's chair for him quickly enough, either.

Fox's coverage of the situation has been excellent from what I'm watching. The Glazer interview was great. Strahan's perspective was great. They are doing a great job putting things into context. The moment I got truly sick of the media's coverage was when, I think it was Steve Young, who was lambasting Incognito as if he's never been around this sort of behavior and as if Incognito is an exception and not the norm. He went as far to say that the NFL is a GENTLEMAN'S SPORT... Are you ****ing kidding me? Not only is he ignoring context, but he's making Incognito's much quoted text look WORSE than it really is, as if it wasn't bad enough. Not too long ago Steve Smith called out Janoris Jenkins because of what Jenkins was saying about his wife. That stuff goes on every damn game. Gentleman's sport... give me a break.

If the coverage of the issue was like Fox's coverage this morning, this story would have died after 2 days and not become a national spectacle that's being paraded on every news outlet you can imagine. The initial coverage was a ****ing joke. And Martin's text back to Incognito 3 days after Martin left the team where he was back to being buddies with Incognito shows that. Martin sending back almost equally vulgar texts shows that. Incognito has handled this situation well. Is he someone I would like to be friends with? No. Am I going to support everything Incognito is about? No. Would I despise him if he indeed harassed some golf course worker if true? Absolutely. But with this situation he has done well. And with him being hung out to dry the way he has been by the media and making his name a HOUSEHOLD NAME synonymous with racism, bullying and many other deplorable characteristics, I'll say he's being going through some very undeserving bull****. Just because your a horrible person doesn't mean you deserve to be held out there for the nation to pile on.

Not sure what you're watching, but every channel I watched a few minutes ago decimated us. They blamed our leadership, blamed incognito, and praised Martin for walking away instead of getting a gun. I've watched several channels.

They also said, that the one thing they fear, and depore, is that because of the Miami Dolphin situation now the NFL and the public is "in our locker room" and now it will be harder to do what you want and be relaxed, without having someone over your shoulder or impose restrictions because of one bad situation in Miami.
