Jon Stinchcomb was just released from the saints, he has been the starting RT for the saints for the last 6 seasons, I guess they want to take a younger approach, I guess he is completely healthy but I would take him over columbo no doubt.

Now this is an intersting player but I think he would have a lot of interest and I'm not sure we would try to overpay just to bring him in.

Would love to know why he was released. Has to be more than just age.

bring him in! didnt mando say we were at the cap though, not like 8 mil under like people thought?

get reggie on the case.

Sign him already, before someone else grabs him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we need all the reinforcements on the O-line that we can get. If this guy is healthy, grab him.

All we have is Jake, a rookie Pouncey who many hope will be good one day, and then a bunch of crap

Can we seriously stop worrying about overpaying for good talent on this board? You want quality you pay for it! The dude is a pro bowl tackle and a super bowl champion. You know what being cheap gets you? Marc Colombos. If that's what you enjoy watching suit yourself.

Would be a great pickup but not gonna happen.

why not???

I'm still trying to figure out why in the hell we moved Carey inside ...

Would be a great signing, as would O'Hara. I really do think we're right at the cap though.

Great guy but unfortunately he played all last season injured and had major quad surgery this last off season. He did "start" the Saints first preseason game and promptly almost got Drew Brees killed. At 31 years old and having suffered a long series of serious injuries the Saints didn't think he had anything left. These aren't your dad's Saints - the Saints FO isn't going to cut a Pro Bowl Tackle, take a cap hit for it, because they don't know what they are doing like they have in the past.

Correction, he WAS a pro bowl tackle and super bowl champion. Do you think the Saints released a guy they still think is that good? Check his medical report.
