Jonathan Martin Alleges Player Misconduct, Dolphins ask for NFL Review

Yeah, what sucks is that we're back to 'not being a nice place to play / not being that class of an organisation'...

Let's just say things are half-way from being a blow-over and being a tragedy... And Philbin gets canned. Next year, who'll want to coach this mess? Any FA's wanting to come here? Etc...

I don't know how Ross is taking... the image of his organisation is taking a big beating one way or another...

Any coach who thinks Ryan Tannehill is a legit QB will be more than willing to step into this mess, I assure you of that

We could find out pretty quickly if Chuckie was as impressed as he appeared on that pre draft qb show.

WCO guy would fit and be a smaller learning curve for the players.

I hope nothing happened to Lauren as part of this hazing thing.

Chad Johnson was on CBS tonight and had a message for Jonathan Martin: Man up!

i find it funny how the dolphins at first tryed to downplay the hole thing like it wasnt a big deal than once they got a call from mr goodell all the sudden this thing is a big deal lmao. I bet ross is tearing into philbin right now, he should know whats going on in his locker room, sean payton was suspended a hole season because of what went on in his locker room, he didnt know it was going on but it doesnt matter, if your the head coach its your job to know what is happening in your lockeroom always. Philbin better get this thing under control fast.

What a pile of soft mush the nfl is becoming. Martin better have a legitimate reasoning behind this or he'll be made the golden example of a quitter and a whiner, honestly, for the Dolphins sake I hope thats the case.

Martin just opened a can of worms for the whole NFL. You think it's bad for the Phins, the whole league is going to have to deal with other players on the mend throughout every team.

It won't go to mediation. We're talking lawsuit here, most possibly class action.
This is not an issue where a class action is feasible. It is limited to this one event.

What a whining cry baby. Hope he catches a stray bullet.

Ok, that's a bit far...however....

Bah humbug... If Martin let it go on for a couple of years, as seems the case, shame on him. He's a man and can say no. If he's that intimidated by other players, there's just as much wrong with him as with the veterans doing the deed. I'm not excusing what RI was doing, just saying that after the first time, it's time to buck up and say no.... This issue was caused by Martin, just as much as by RI or anyone else...

Damn, I wonder what he would have thought of Dan Marino? He was prone to tearing his OL and receivers a new poop hole on game days, and is said to be quite the a-hole off the field as well...

GTFO Martin. What a ridiculous story...
marino would have made him cry the 1st time he got him hit more than once a game...

I'm guessing alot of teams are having management meetings and then relaying information to players on how to answer any questions that would be asked of this happening on their teams. Also, alot of 'damage control' is probably being done to assess the gravity of the stuff happening around their respective teams to not be the following block on this issue...

It's the NFL. What did all of the defensive tackles say to him every time they lined up for a snap and he got destroyed at his job? I bet Cogs was pissed Martin kept making the whole OL look like crap.

If Martin can sue for bullying, Tannehill should be a able to sue Martin for lack of protection. Martin is a huge pile of garbage at his job and in life now.
