For former Dolphins OT Jonathan Martin, SF traded a conditional 7th-rd pick in 2015 if he's on 49ers' opening 53-man roster.

We had to give up picks to get rid of him right? I can't imagine any GM would actually give us a pick for him unless they wanted to join the unemployment line.
 
The best part of this news is:

**** Martin! His panty-waste-*****-ass-stank is GONE from our team!
 
The condition is that if he cries during training camp, we give SF our 7th round pick for taking him off our hands.

Conflicting reports on the compensation. Armando says it is a 2014 pick. Adam Schefter just said on SportsCenter that it is a conditional 2015 7th round pick that is based on Martin making the 53 man roster.
 
too bad we dont play them until 2016. he should be cut by then. damn.
