Jordan Back In The Building

He is in the building,” Head Coach Adam Gase said. “There’s a certain protocol that the league has put out as far as what we need to follow. We’re allowed to have certain conversations. He’s allowed to do certain type of things or certain areas that he’s allowed to be around. Obviously, we’re taking everything very slowly.

The fact that he was there that quickly answers the question a poster had here about him having his bags pack and ready to go. He was ready.

What does he have to wait on before practicing? Clearing by our medical staff? or something on the NFL side?

Jordan may join the Dolphins at training camp and participate in meetings, conditioning work and similar activities. Once arrangements have been confirmed regarding Jordan’s clinical resources in Miami, he will be permitted to participate in all preseason activities, including practices and games.

Prior to the start of the regular season, Jordan will meet with the NFL to review his progress. Based on his compliance and engagement with his program and resources, he will be permitted to participate in all regular season activities beginning in Week 1. He will be evaluated later in the season for full reinstatement.

Ummmm...no he wasn't...and still isn't....

I'm rooting for the guy. Young man. Makes mistakes. It's ok. He has so much potential. I know that doesn't mean much until it's realized. But what a shot in the arm he'd be for the defense if his head is right. He was drafted to takeover for Cam. I'd love to see him come back and fulfill that. Pulling for ya Dion.

never has a guy done so little to get so much written about him

One thing is for sure, he isn't little. and he obviously has been working out bc he doesn't appear to be overweight at all.

The interesting thing I got from him during the interview posted above is that he said he weighs about 275...thats the weight philbin and co wanted him to bulk up to to play DE, what caused him to appear slightly slower (remember he got ran down after that blocked FG), when he popped for PEDS....just interesting and a little worrisome cause it makes me wonder if his weight gain had anything to do with his injury and if he stays at that weight is he gonna sacrifice some speed...also does it indicate playing DE vs LB? I am sure he will lose some weight tho too

That's what being drafter number 3 overall will get you, think about 1st round 20's---ie. The unnamed here QB to Cleveland who's out of the NFL right now..did nothing, was hyped and talked about as though he's was the best QB in the league, even after not doing a thing while in the league.
