Jordan Gross out for Carolina for the rest of the season

Jullius Peppers has a Broken hand & Steve Smith has a rib injury.

With NE losing, this is a must win game. Jets are going to play NE extremely hard and they have the Saints coming up in the dome. We have Carolina and Buffalo. THIS THURSDAY NIGHT GAME IS HUGE!!!!!!!

Those 3 injuries are huge. I can't even begin to explain how important they are. Their starting LT out, starting DE questionable and Steve Smith questionable at best. Carolina's running game scares the hell out of me, so losing Jordan Gross should serve as somewhat of an equalizer.

Better question...

Will his replacement dominate? Yes, they all do against us. You forgot that we make terrible players look like hall of famers.

Injuries are insignificant for Miami though because we somehow make back-ups look like HOF's and we keep teams in games.

You guys thought San Diego was a gimme when half their defense was hurt for that one.

It's a road game against a hot team and we were less than impressive today. I don't care who is out or injured. If we don't bring it, that game will be over by halftime.

Although the Smith injury is huge because he will most likely torch us.

As many already said, every backup seems to do great against the fins... I wouldn't put to much stock into this...

Plus short week coming of a tough game... it's a toss up IMO and without brown!..

Guys Peppers played with a broken hand, that does not mean he won't do it again. Steve Smith injured his Ribs, but that little SOB is tough as nails. Gross is out. With that said enjoy the next couple of days before Thursday. Like someone already said forget about the injuries and lets worry about winning.

Whenever I watch Delhomme he looks like he would have a hard time starting for a junior college football team...maybe it's because thankfully I don't get to watch them play very often? We can beat these guys.

Gross is the LT, Peezy goes against LT's as the WOLB.
I doubt Gross' backup is as talented as Sebastian Vollmer (2nd rndr)

Peezy got a week off, and he's facing a backup LT. If he doesn't produce here, well, that would be pretty sad, and I would officially stick the fork in him, even though he's had a fork in his side pretty much this entire year.
