Jordan moved to active roster/ WR D. Williams waived

Interesting move after less than a week with the team, and a few practices. He had to be doing something right, and I am in his corner. Hoping he has a VG game.

So...the 3rd pick of the draft finally gets on the field...:loser1:

do we know who was dropped?

We should know shortly

As @ArmandoSalguero just tweeted, roster move on Dion Jordan coming shortly. Dolphins will have to cut someone to make room.

Dion Jordan playing Sunday was never really in doubt. #Dolphins likely waited until last second to activate him to decide who to cut.
While Jordan will give immediate boost to special teams, it will be interesting to see how many, if any, defensive snaps he gets.

With the exception of special teams I don't think so. There are already four, count em, four, better DEs on this team's roster right now. Exactly whose plays is he going be taking? No, his participation this week will primary consist of work as the wedgebuster on kicks.

Hate to see Williams go.....again. I think he could be used on this team. Like his speed.

With Williams gone, receiver Brandon Gibson — who was a healthy scratch last week — will likely be active Sunday against the Jaguars. Gibson lost his starting job to rookie Jarvis Landry.
Rookie linebacker Chris McCain has been replacing Jordan as a pass rusher in Miami’s speed package. Rookie end Terrence Fede has also received reps. So Jordan will likely be competing with them for snaps.

I'm sure he will be back, especially if there's any chance we move Gibson in trade... Which I'm not in favor of as I think he can still help us.

Meh this team got worse with that move. Williams can contribute more then Jordan

I would have made him marinate for another week.

Fede is the one that loses reps. Right or wrong.
