I think at this point Devlin is competing with Moore for the number two job. I think the feeling is he's been here long enough that if he hasn't grown from developmental qb to back up level qb at this point then it's never going to happen. If Jensen shows anything in camp he could be the new developmental qb.
Well when you are watching Billy Turner has much as we apparently did, the QB is going to show up. Jordan Rodgers had a chance to be a developmental QB that could maybe compete for the 3rd spot and eventually become a backup. That spot goes to Jensen now.
