Joseph Reportedly a Top Target for Broncos

I really hope VJ is gone, he had an awful game plan today, all they had to do was focus on Bell & Brown and every play was +8 for their offense. The defense game planning has been awful all season. Terrible and overrated coach, please take him Broncos.

Are you telling him not to let the defense hit him in the ass on the way out? He shouldn't worry, our defense can't hit anything.

Good, they can have him. He can't make changes worth a damn.
 
If a resume is solely based on intangibles then Vance Joseph must be the best coach of all time.
 
Not sure why Joseph should be considered a head coaching candidate. He has only had one season as a defensive coordinator and his defense ranked as one of the worst in the league. You can blame it on having bad players but Vance Joseph hasn't proven that he can be a good coordinator if he has better players to work with. I think Joseph needs at least one more year as a defensive coordinator before he becomes a serious head coaching candidate.
 
I know we had a lot of injuries, but not sure how a guy who sets a record for worst defense in franchise history is the lead candidate for a HC job.
 
It'd be hilarious if somehow they hired him and they won a Superbowl in his first year there.
