Wow, that would have been nice huh? Imagine if the Trifecta traded some stinkin' picks for this guy before the trade deadline when Cleveland was stupid enough to dangle him out there. Would you give a #2 or a #3 pick for him right now? (Hmmm would you rather have Josh Cribbs or Pat White, our #2 pick this year) I mean we blow a #2 on White, why not trade a #1 for Cribbs huh....we already know he's worth more than #1 Ginn or #2 White right now!

How many more games do we win with Cribbs putting us in terrific field position all day long, and being part of our offense? Ginn and Bess are horrible returners overall. How can we not have a gamechanging returner? Parcells knows how important field position is to this team and especially with our mediocre offense.

I'm getting so sick of this team picking up mediocre players, and hoping they pan out(Wilford, Wilson, to name a couple)...instead of getting proven ballers already! Wouldn't Jamie Sharper look good in a Miami uniform this year? How about Mike McKenzie at corner to take a little heat off our two rookies? p...Hell, why not bring in TO for a year?...I could handle Henne hitting him on a few. No we let other teams pick them up.

Current management has missed on far too many free agents, because they hoped they'd do good here instead of knowing they would.

People think that Parcells will go after Miles Austin from Dallas...ya, we'll get in line and watch a rival team pick this guy up if Dallas doesn't francise him.
At this point, I just wish we had Welker and Chambers back.

We're 7-7 after starting 0-3....well, Tenn is now 7-7 after starting 0-6. Quit making excuses due to the schedule, and injuries, whatever. We've been in about avery game and we should have a better record, and would if these clowns could stop turning the damn ball over. We apparently have no cure for that, so you can turn out the lights people, this team WILL NOT make the Playoffs, and they have noone to blame but themselves.

Tuna, try not to be a tight-a$$ this offseason, get us some high quality gamechangers, or we'll see more of the same next season. :err:

Just because you "blow" a #2 on Pat White doesn't mean you blow a #1 for Cribbs. You can't cut off your nose to spite your face. That doesn't make a lot of sense. Yeah, having Cribbs would be nice but we have Ginn who can make plays on special teams. Wouldn't it be nice if we had Peyton Manning or Andre Johnson. Hindsight is 20/20. We have a nice core that we can build around.

wtf? do people purposefully title their threads crap like this just to trick people into clicking it?

terrible thread title, stop confusing people

WOW, Ginn plays a good game against the Jets and you're satisfied?
We could have had Cribbs..that's a fact pal...was Peyton or Johnson available before before trade deadline....didn't think so.

I said if you're going to dump picks on guys like White, might as well trade them for proven gamechanges. Just like the Patriots did when they cherry picked Welker from us. But maybe that wasn't worth it to them either huh.. They only went 18-1 that same season and he led the league in receptions.

If you're happy, hey that's great. Enjoy the offseason.

I wonder why the FO gets blamed for not trading or signing guys that we're never available to be had? Mangini said from the get go that Cribbs was his best player and he's not trading him, he has a joke for a contract to make him to valueable to just let him go.

Why not find something to cry about that actually is the FO's fault or Ginn's or whoever eklse is the scape goat this week.

I'm not satisfied. I'm never satisfied. But Ginn is a very capable return man.

All I'm saying is that no one mentioned Cribbs before he began lighting it up. Same goes for Miles Austin. Who here was upset that we didn't go after Miles Austin BEFORE his big game? Hindsight is 20/20. Play cards with what you have and if you can find a team stupid enough to deal a guy like Welker then you take advantage of those morons.

Why not get someone who's going to be better ?

draft the next Marshall Faulk in the 1st round - CJ Spiller.

And draft defense the rest of the way.

This is a weak draft for WR's and TE's so get them in free agency.

Learn how to read bud, it says "Josh Cribbs AS a Dolphin," not IS a Dolphin, and it wasn't meant to confuse you, because I really could care less what many here have to say about it; I'm just venting out of frustration after another blown game!

What a horrible reply bro.

It says "Josh Cribbs AS a Dolphin" because I changed it from the original "Josh Cribbs a Dolphin!!!"

And yes, what you originally had was misleading.

I'd want to trade Ronnie then but Spiller could be long gone by the time we select.

Bryant and Scheffler would do in FA.

I'm not sold on CJ Spiller at all. He's another guy with a lot of speed and talent who doesn't really use it well.

I would trust my niece more in returning kicks and catching a punt over Ginn. It seems like he either gets scared or he flinches when the ball gets near him....he does the same thing when a pass is at shoulder level or higher....quite often the ball hits Ginn in his face mask. I am not sure these are things he can correct?

Maybe we should blame everyone else but the people that who actually pull off the trades...do some research buddy. Cribbs WAS available for the right price, like many other players on teams. They did dump Edwards, easily their best WR, and the Browns are some cheap suckers, how else do you explain them not "PAYING THE MAN!?" to date. Cribbs was available, and WE were interested, but just didn't pull the trigger on any deal. Now whether that included a #1 or a #2 or something else, who knows. Tough to give up a #1 but a #2 or a combination of lower picks or a player and picks, could have helped pull it off.

TED GINN SUCKS..the sooner you and other Ginn lovers on this site stop making excuses for him, the better for all of us.

Did you not see this guy rip the Canes a new a$$hole this season, and college football over his time at Clemson?

You compare him to Ted Ginn? Ginn isn't worthy to hold CJ's jock.

He's one of the top NCAA's ALL-TIME combined yardage players...ALL-TIME!
But hey, he doesn't know how to use his skills.
