Josh McCown Video Interview

Yea if he wins the the qb competition(i hope beck wins) then hopefully his mobility and ginns speed will give us a good advantage in the passing game.
 
Man I like him. Listening to Josh made me think this guy could be the right guy coming on at the right time at the right place.

He certainly was saying that about himself.

I liked the part where he talked about taking his game to the next level.

And I liked the part where he talked about coach Lee who is VERY TECHNICAL! That is awesome.

He smart and very down earth too. Good kid, I like him alot right now.
 
With all the hype surrounding John Beck and rookie QB's such as Flacco,Ryan, Brohm & Henne I think McCown will thrive in the underdog role and take the starting job.
 
I watched McCown play against the Broncos last season, and even with an injured thumb and foot he played really well. I think he has good mobility and is effective when he has time to throw it. The Raider's o-line was probably about the same as the Dolphins last year...not very good. I think McCown could be the starter until Beck is ready.
