Josh McDaniels Broncos rebuild eerily familiar to the Dolphins present course of action.

IMO Flores had no choice with this rebuild. Look at the players that were removed. You want a new culture, you have to infuse it.
The writing is on the wall for some of these guys, either buy in or get out.

Looks like Flores and CG made the right choices for their futures good or bad. They obviously have the franchises best interests in mind as well.
His mantra is Coaching is my job- playing your position is your job.

Ill say that he is right about everything I've heard in his PC this off season. Football is about discipline- get disciplined so you can play hard and fast! That's how players become great in a system.
There is no "I" in Team!
Focus on your job one play at a time. TNT- wall etc.

I drink the kool-aid at some point every year and pay for it.

This glass of Kool-aid ill drink even if it tastes like **** because he is right! He will build a strong nucleus this year regardless of our record!
 
Nothing eery, it's how all teams rebuild. And McDaniels had his team in the playoffs with Tebow and some of the players he drafted have rings on their fingers. Ok

Wasn't McDaniel's main problem that he was an egomaniac and that his players hated him?
