I dislike the font on the manning one. But it its clean and sharp I like that in yours. I like that both faded images have the same color jersey and the stand out picture has the away jersey good use of contrast. The Scratch brush gives it a nice vintage feel, probably should have gone black and white at that part or sepia to really give it that vintage feel.

At first glance I think WOW thats hot, but as I break it down to judge it there are a few things I dislike.I like the Glow around him and how it goes off into the rest of the wallpaper, but I dont like how it just cuts off you should have used a smudge, or blur tool maybe to try and blend it in. Also while the numbers are cool giving it the tech feel, I don't really like that it doesnt have substance to it. Maybe you should have had his stats there, or his jersey number or something with meaning and not just 1.1 -3.5
