JT challenges teammates . . . . again

The guys that are on it down the stretch, we’re going to go out there and play our best and hopefully get this thing fixed and turned around. We have zero room for error. Time is of the essence right now.”

I know im in the minority but i like the way JT is being a leader and trying to light a fire under the team. thoughts?

Yawn....Nothing will change..Why? Taylor is a washed up former shell of himself that nobody on the team respects. None of the players on the team are true leaders and they don't respect the coach and no longer believe in anything. Their play week in and out is evident of this. Hell, pay me a Million dollars and I will go out there and run around and "try" to do something and not care when the clock reaches zero if we won or not. Why? I am paid, *****!

This is what this team needs. Veteran leadership. Hes the only leader we have in this locker room and the other ones are afraid to speak up and say anything. Bell, Henne, Long, Dansby, I'm waiting for you guys to speak up and challenge your players, and call them out, maybe not in the media, but get in their face, gather your team on the sidelines during games, do something, just don't sit around and take the beating.. Season is only 1/4 done for us. We still have 3/4 left, but the way its looking it looks done. Very possible we can atleast salvage this season and go out with respect, or suck for luck. I just don't want to be that 4th/5th pick team..

Why is JT still talking? last I heard he was back stabbing his coach.....then started comparing one average QB against another.......someone needs to tell JT the time for talking is over......it ended when the season began.....the time is for action on the field and if you cant bring it every day then get off the train.....Hey JT get off the train, hang it up and retire and we will see you in canton in 5 yrs......

The thing that sucks is that our team leaders are definately on the decline. Both JT and Bell haven't been big contributors to this team, yet they're the only ones speaking up.

Don't fault the guy for caring. He's trying but he's 37 and not getting much help.

It's hard for him to make tackles when he misses the play so badly that he's staring at the guy's behind.
