JT challenges teammates . . . . again

I know im in the minority but i like the way JT is being a leader and trying to light a fire under the team. thoughts?

when a guy that isnt making plays on the field himself is the guy that is stepping up and telling his teammates they need to make plays you have a serious problem. he came out last week and did this and DIDNT DELIVER. his teammates are going to be turned off by this. JT needs to lead by example not with his mouth. the only guys in a position to speak out like this at this point are randy starks and cameron wake
 
I'd love to see a Ray Lewis led team roll over like this team has
he would literally kill someone/or beat someone

To have a professional team give up like these players for the most part have
is a disgrace thats why most players on this team have to go.

The combination of poor play,the same stupid mistakes over and over,
Coaches not solving the same problems week to week,lack of talent,
lack of desire, a sad state of affairs for this franchise
 
sadly....it takes more than an amber to light the fire you need all other elements to make fire
 
Hard to tell how much JT commands the defense. In his prime I'm sure the younger players would have listened to what he was saying and give more effort. He is likely in his last year and hasn't produced on the field so you can't really be yelling at your teamates if you aren't producing yourself.
 
Burnett should be an expert in cloud formations since he spends so much time laying on his back facing the sky on Sunday afternoons

imo your right BUT I BET YOU ONE THING, when and if Cowher gets the job i bet the players change there tune and dance both at the same time.
 
How about he challenges himself to do something ... anything ... dude amounts to nothing but an empty suit ever since DWTS.
 
I don't get it. What's wrong with what JT said? This team is playing like ****, and this guy is trying to rally the troops. Will it work? Probably not. But some of you guys are annoyed at what he said. Would you rather him just bury his head in his locker when reporters ask him a question? He's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. Some of you guys are just looking for reasons to piss n moan, as if there's not enough reasons.

No ****. You mean, the guy is on the downside of his career? It's not his fault we haven't found much success in his replacements.
