Jason said he and Zach have always watched Free Agents go to other teams and they wondered why we don't do it, but he's glad to see Nick be assertive and go out and get someone that's going to help this team. he thinks gus did a good job last year, but we did need improvement in this position and Daunte certainly brings it..
Said we still have to do it on the field, regardless of who's on the field or at QB.. and that Nick would make sure that happens..
speaking about the D.B. position.. he said Daniels has the talent to be good and said Will Poole is a playmaker, but we still need more depth and need to go get someone.. but they are confident in Nick to do that.. and it's good that they need Corners and not a Defensive End..
He said now that the RB, QB, and WR's are set, that the media will start talking about replacing the old players like himself.
Talked about selling raffle tickets for different prized like super bowl tickets.. and a car.. the raffle tickets are $100..
Sid just announced the he passed the Physical and is officially a dolphin and J.T. said let's not start talking about the Super Bowl just yet, we need to make the playoff's first..
Over all, he sounds like a kid on christmas morning and is trying to be cautiously optimistic about their future..
