the pack will be cutting him as Nall is set to be the #3. I mentioned him in the VIP section, because he was one of Muellers draft picks in his final 2002 draft

Shefter said the pack might keep 4 QB's, I hope not since we have 2nd claim on players. Nall would be an upgrade too

Well I guess 16 years of being SPOILED with Dan Marino and 4 1/2 years of being SOILED with Jay Fiedler could definitely do this to a person. I guess we all just have to accept the fact that until we find a real QB for this team, these threads are never going to stop. Tim Couch... Rohan Davey... Phillip Rivers... I see more threads about these guys than most of the players actually on our team. This is PAIN....... not PLEASURE.

I'd think signing Ray Lucas would be a much better option than either of these guys. Sorry, but as bad as AJ can be, these guys are no better. Besides, AJ is at least on our team.

Tim Couch is the only QB worth even signing so that answers that basically. Atleast he has had some pedigree and came from a team with piss poor OL play, no running game, inconsisten receiving, terrible coaching, hard *** fans, and still put up average numbers.

it's about a QB that is:

- in demand

- available

this is a little different

you have a choice not to read or engage

As much as I hated Couch, I'm starting to agree. What do we have to lose?

Couch is the best free option, too bad we have to settle

I hope we have cap room next year for a nice FA QB

me too.

Couch can be had for league minimum and did better than our current crop of QB's did with poorer OL (if thats possible) and poorer RBs and WRs.

worst case scenario he's as bad as AJ and costs a lot less.
