Did anyone seriously think he wanted to be a part of a rebuilding effort? I wouldn't. I don't blame him for wanting to be traded to a team that has a shot at a championship. At his age that's all there is left to play for. He wants to ride off into the sunset or on to Sunset Blvd with a ring.

I think he could of handled it much better. But that's life. I will always be thankful for his time served in Miami.

Thank you Mr.Taylor for the memories! Best of luck to you!

For some reason your post reminded me of an old Denny Greene saying.

"The only people who always get what they want are.... BABIES"...;)

The Giants weren't favored to win the superbowl at the start of the season last year.

Yea, we're going the superbowl!

I too thank him for his efforts here, but I'm over his situation now and could really care less.... I'll get his movies on Netflix if and when he makes it to Hollywood.:rolleyes2:

I really appreciate JT's work. He's almost hands down a hall-of-famer. He was a player that really screwed teams over. and that's why we loved him. no matter what year it is, or what team you like, JT was great. and he is high-five worthy.

JT handled the situation the best he could. It was the dolphins that made everything public and Parcells fault this all happened.

I felt that he may want to come back, and I still think that he would like to if Parcells and Co. can quit acting like babies themselves.

I quite disagree. JT could have been here for the OTA and he wanted to be dancing with Regis Philbin & the such on the "post DWTS" tour he is on right now.

I am over him and his distraction for the Dolphins. :shakeno:

So when JT wouldn't show up for any camps what were the Dolphins suppose to do. JT wants out while he's still under contract, it's his responsibility to show up not take his ball and go home.

BP is the last person to blame, he didn't create this mess. If JT never asked to be traded and planned on being here through thick or thin there would be no story. BP is doing what he's paid to do and that's make this the best football team possible not make everyone happy.

Well that's what I mean about Parcells and Co. If they would have just simply talked to Taylor instead of pouting, Taylor would have probably came right back and got busy. But with the cold shoulder he's been getting, I wouldn't bother either.

I knew on draft day that they needed to deal him before it escalated to this. Jason has given us many great moments, so why are we wanting to be selfish and keep him to ourselves and let him rot what years he has to play on a team in rebuild mode?

We let Zach Thomas go and now he's in a situation where he has a legitimate start to be a big part of a Super Bowl contending team. Let's do a great Dolphin a favor and deal him so he too can have the opportunity to win a championship.

JT is just using that as leverage to get the dolphins to trade him. He could have very well gone to the media and bad mouthed the team. Just like almost every other player seeking a trade. If BP didnt give him the cold shoulder I dont think he would be so set on getting out of miami so fast. JT would probably play this season if BP showed him some respect.

Hey where to I got to have a pictur appear under my name when I post?
