Not that were linked or anything...but its no secret that we have a big need for a go-to-TE. We know this years draft sucks for them...and there isn't too much else out there.

How bout some Orange Julius on the Miami Dolphins.

The reason I think this is actually plausible is because there would be no greater statement that the GM/Ross can make about Tannehill than to go out and make a fat payday on a weapon for him.

No. I would look elsewhere. He is after top $ and will be pursued by the teams with enormous amounts of cap space, eg Jax, Oakland and the Jets. The Broncos appear to have evaluated that he's not worth it.

I see a Dallas Clark post manning drop off from thomas after he leaves denver. No thank you

Agree, all the flashy names will go for the most part to the teams with all the money to spend. Then there will be major complaints after some of the moves dont work out that the teams overpaid. It's just the nature of the beast, I still think we make little if any big moves in FA this year.

not at all.... he has been a big conversation here and basically way too much money he is asking for (over payed), seems to have a poor attitude and care for playing for a team, he cares more about himself, doesnt touch the field enough cause he is oft hurt and wont play through injuries..... and why would you want to leave a playoff contending, peyton manning throwing team that has so much talent around.... he seems selfish and not a great teammate.... dont want him here.

he reportedly turned down a contract from the Broncos in the $8m a year range, he has never played a full season and he disappeared in the second half of last season. PASS

You guys don't know what you are talking about. He has about as much talent as anyone at the TE position. He is young, big, fast, strong and is an absolute matchup nightmare. And he still has upside. The drop off in the second half of last season was due to an ankle injury. It was no coincidence that Denver's offense had a drop off in the second half of last season also. If the Dolphins could bring him in, I would be more than happy to let Clay walk.

read my post at the bottom of page 1.... read articles that is spoken on him, even with teammate comments. look at the money situation he declined and is asking for in FA. think abot his actualy ankele injury and how long he was out for in games (though he was still practicing)... yeah, we know nothing!!!

I stand by what I said. The kid is one of the top five tight ends in the league.
