Ok. So I have been reading everywhere about how restricted free agents will get their pay cut by 110% if they do not sign their tenders by June 15th. Besides the pay cut what does this mean exactly? Does that mean they are no longer restricted free agents and are allowed to sign else where? Or does that mean teams can trade for these players at a cheaper cost? Any help would be nice. Thanks. :D
