Seau came to us past his prime and really did nothing for us and now he's coming to the Patriots past his prime and coming off an injury. Better the Patriots waste their time with him then us!

Seau never wanted to retire. We let him go, and no one showed any interest in signing him until the Pats got desperate last week. So he unretired. I don't think it's a big deal, and if anything, it helps us. Seau can still make a big play, but he takes so many chances to make up for his declining skills that he gives up more big plays than he makes.
