Being from Montreal, the sportive life is rough. I'have been raised cheering for the Montreal Canadiens and the Montreal Expos. After 13 years of going backwards, the future doesn't look bright for our hockey concession. As for the Expos, I think everybody knows our story. There was a lot of disappointments troughout the years. Now that they are moved, I can only sympathised with you guys about having Jeffrey Loria for your Marlins. I've become a fan of the Dolphins back in '83 when Dan Marino started his career. After the superbowl's lost in '85, I thought we could win a couple of superbowls but it didn't happened (disappointment). When Jimmy Johnson was hired, I tought he was the guy to bring us to the promise land but it didn't happened (disappointment). During the Wannstead's era, the franchise went backwards for 5 straight year (disappointment). When Nick Saban was hired, the team went from 4-12 to 9-7 and suddently, the future looks brighter. For the first time since DM retired, we don't have a back up qb as a starter. We finally have a real established qb. He might not be Peyton Manning but in the Saban system, he definitely will be a major factor. For the first time in years, we are contenders. It might not be perfect but we finally have hope.:D :D :D

Life for us all will be getting bro! Here is to the 2006 season Brother!:drinkers:

Whether we win a SB or not under Saban, it's an exciting time to be a fin fan. Who knows, maybe it's our turn to have a five year run.

I can't wait....my dad is a big Bills fan, and he tried to make me like them, then disowned me when i told him i liked Dan Marino and the Fins'.....And i haven't been this excited about an upcoming season since....i don't know like '96....hell even if we just make the playoffs as a wild card and lose in the first round i'll be exstatic! i can't wait...i might build a time machine!

whether it's a coach or player, you know when that person has got "it" and doesn't have "it"(that little extra something special) example coach (don shula) example player (dan marino) You knew that person had it from the get go. You don't know what "it" is but you know he's got "it". well thats how i feel about saban. He's got "it". He can take his and beat yours or he can take yours and beat his. He's got "it". Coach Saban has never had a losing season (as a head coach). He definitely has "it".

I am pumped for not only the upcoming season, but for the future of this franchise. Saban was definitely the right man for the job. Now lets hope he can get the pieces together to bring home the championship.
