just heard that Giants offered Shockey for Taylor and a 5th. and then i come to see that Strahan just retired. maybe just a coincidence but id rather take a draft pick.

Puff Puff Pass. Shockey for Taylor would be awesome we would solidafy the TE position and get an instant playmaker. Taylor would go to place where he can recieve plenty of media attention.

That idea is worse than the first one. I agree with sending the Dancing Queen to New York, but only for a draft pick/picks in return. People seem to have short memories with Jeremy Shockey. Did you all forget that this was the same Jeremy Shockey that called our current VP of Football Operations an H-O-M-O. The Dolphins need draft picks, not headaches like Shockey.

um. no!!!! we already have some decent talent in fasano (if we can get him to heal) i hate shocky. he thinks hes gods gift to football or something. id rather have the giants other tight end boss. imo hes better!!!!!! definately bigger and stronger

Shockey and a 4th rounder might work! I know folks here think otherwise but Shockey is still pretty young and an established All-Pro TE in this league.... So, we're actually getting an even trade if a 3rd/4th rounder is included for JT!
