Here is a remark from Sherman's interview yesterday.
"With Daniel being out, he was told by me and his coach, Jeff Nixon, that he would carry the bulk of the load and, therefore, he was able to do that,"Sherman said. "Most backs will tell you the more carries, the more effective, and I would tend to agree. They get a better feel for the game, a better feel for the cuts."
If he agrees that the more carries a RB gets the better they will play, why the hell did he have Miller and Thomas splitting carries? Especially when anyone can see that Miller is the more talented player. It's like he just does everything he can to try and make this offense fail. Why the hell would you go against your own beliefs as an offensive coordinator? It makes no sense.
I'm really hoping that Sherman and his son-in-law aren't around next year to stunt this entire offense's growth.
